Our Detox programs are the best for clearing your body from toxins, losing weight and getting more energy for day to day musts. Together, we will heal, lose weight, boost energy and immune system. On average, during the four weeks, our clients have lost 6 kg and reduced their waists by an impressive 8 cm. The Detox client guide is downloaded from the website, but most of the coaching is done through our client app. The app offers a variety of healthy, unprocessed meal suggestions that are perfect for omnivores, and our exercise plan can be completed at the gym or in the comfort of your own home. To join, you need to be a healthy adult with no history of eating disorders. You are not pregnant or nursing at the moment.
